Highly recommend this efficient and resourceful firm. Kris and his team delivered a single storey extension for us, transforming our dated kitchen and utility room into a spacious kitchen double the size with an added playroom. Kris and the team dealt brilliantly with some initial problems in the build, finding creative solutions around foundation issues, and showed great flexibility when our circumstances changed and we had to phase the build over a longer time. Kris was able to guide us through many decisions and give clear recommendations - an essential attribute to us who had minimal construction knowledge! The build itself was delivered efficiently, with great attention to detail and (best of all) within budget. Kris and his team were polite, friendly and punctual when on site - we live in a small cul de sac with potential for disruption but all of our neighbours commented on how unobtrusive the whole process had been. Highly recommend this firm, especially if you are undertaking a first extension and need hand holding through the process! Thank you to Kris, Paul and all of the team involved.

Kris and his team are exceptional. They managed a large building project for us, helping us to create a bespoke family home. From the initial planning meeting , through the tender process and then management during the build, Kris’ expertise was evident and despite many problems with designs, structural issues, drainage etc etc, these never felt like a problem that could not be overcome. As Kris would say - “there is always a way”. The team at FCM are polite, extremely tidy and very well organised. External companies I used commented on several occasions re the site management and my neighbours have remained complementary throughout the build. The communication at every stage was excellent and as a total novice in house renovation , Kris helped us to navigate lots of decisions with clear explanations and choices. I highly recommend Kris and his team. We are thrilled with our new home. Thank you FCM.

Our renovation experience possibly couldn’t of been any worse, we encountered a number of problems when we stripped back the plaster – unearthing the 1980s changes the previous owners had done which meant the back of our house had to be rebuilt. We also then run into COVID lockdowns (multiply) and issues with an independent supplier who then went on to delay us getting watertight by nearly 9 months. None of theses issues were Falcons fault, these were the problems they faced and worked around to resolve.

First off Kris is a very articulate and knowledgeable man, he understood our project requirements and gave opinion and help without being too bullish (which we experienced with the other builders)
Secondly the quote was very detailed, itemising all the works to be done, splitting out the price between labour and materials, which was great for my accountant brain, and a lot more than the paragraph and the rounded figure that what was offered by the other builders who quoted.
Yes our building costs went above the quote, as mentioned above we encountered a number of problems. All overspends were approved and listed separately on our project file, which was updated monthly for works done, items brought etc.
Falcons standard of work was/is great, the rear extension brickwork that was built looks amazing, matching the original style brickwork and colour. Our internal works were all done to a high standard, I have no complaints with the work that was undertook.
The team were all very polite and professional, and I would recommend Falcon as a building/construction company to use. -
We can only recommend Kris and his team. Kris is very reliable and patient and he cares about the quality of the work that is done by his team. The various tradesmen that he beings in deliver very high quality work, they are clean and they are friendly. When something goes wrong FCM fixes it and we felt tat Kris always had full command over each step of the build. We were not the easiest clients with a project that was struck with massive delays due to 3 lockdowns, brexit, and supplier issues. FCM stuck with us to the end and they helped us keep the faith at the most difficult moments.

Kris and his team recently constructed a kitchen, utility and bathroom extension on our property. We chose Kris and his team for their competitive price and straightforward, no nonsense approach. The work was carried out to a high standard and finish, and the site was always left clean and tidy. Throughout the construction, Kris and his team kept us informed of progress, provided sound advice and support, and all this happened during Covid. We are very satisfied with our extension and enjoy the additional light and space.

Fantastic team of builders led by a professional, calm and very knowledgeable manager. The whole team were extremely hard-working, polite, respectful and skilled, and they did a great job on the whole project. They pretty much delivered right on schedule and price (which is almost unheard of with building work). They had a great 'can do attitude' and any problems encountered were always handled in a swift and proactive manner. I would highly recommend. In contrast to some horror stories we heard about other companies, these guys were a breath of fresh air and give the industry a great name. Thank you Kris and the team, from Piers and Emma.

Kris and his team have recently completed a large renovation project at my home in Watford, Herts.

This involved knocking down the previous extension, removing inadequate foundations, and totally rebuilding new extension. This included installing a new kitchen.Access was very limited to the site, an alleyway being the only way in and out.
The team also removed the staircase and installed and new one, replaced two windows and completely renovated a new bathroom.
Architect plans were strictly adhered to.
The whole build was of a very high standard, quality workmanship from all involved. The team were respectful of of my home and were clean and tidy.
They have done a brilliant job and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a home renovation project.
