Renovation Project

Falcon Construction & Management Contractors lead this major renovation of a charming 1958 property in the picturesque village of Hurley, Berkshire. This project involved several significant updates, including:

- Supporting the existing roof structure
- Expanding the rear with large glazing to create a warm, light-filled living space
- Installing major structural steel to reinforce old load-bearing walls
- Full mechanical and electrical installations
- Underfloor heating throughout the entire ground floor
- Four double bedrooms, each with en-suite showers

This renovation was particularly challenging due to the age and condition of the building, but we were committed to bringing new life to this beautiful home.
