This extensive renovation involved a major transformation, demolishing 70% of the original structure and constructing a substantial three-storey extension. The result is a spacious and practical 500 sqm family home, significantly upgraded from its modest beginnings.

Property Size and Layout:  The renovation expanded the property into a generous 500 sqm living space. The home now features five bedrooms, two study rooms, a reception room, a playroom, four bathrooms, and a large open-plan kitchen, perfectly designed to accommodate the dynamics of family life.

Collaborative Design:  We partnered closely with Heighway Associates Architects and our client to ensure that their specific needs were meticulously integrated into the project. This collaboration resulted in bespoke solutions tailored to the client’s lifestyle and preferences.

Architectural Features:  A standout feature of this renovation is the bespoke cantilever floating oak and glass staircase, designed and installed by FCM. This stunning piece not only connects the ground floor to the upper levels but also serves as a striking architectural statement.

Modern Amenities: The property is equipped with the latest smart home technology, allowing seamless management of electrical and mechanical systems. This integration of technology ensures convenience and efficiency in daily living.

Bespoke Windows: All new bespoke aluminium windows were installed, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and energy efficiency of the home.
