This extensive renovation involved a major transformation, replacing an existing wooden conservatory with a stylish rear extension. Originally built around 1882, the property has a rich history—once a joint residence and boat workshop owned by a single proprietor. Our work honors this heritage while bringing the home into the modern era.

Bespoke Windows & Conservation Compliance

To preserve the home's original charm and comply with Conservation Area requirements, all-new bespoke wooden windows have been installed, maintaining the traditional aesthetic while incorporating modern energy efficiency.

This ambitious renovation began in October 2024 and completed in Summer 2025.
