We’re proud to announce that Falcon Construction & Management Contractors has been appointed as the Principal Contractor for the full refurbishment of a prestigious 240 sq.m Grade II listed apartment in Belgrave Place, London.

This exceptional property requires a meticulous and highly coordinated approach, and we are now in the pre-construction and site setup phase.  Our team is also preparing for the first visit from the Considerate Constructors Scheme, reinforcing our commitment to responsible site management and respectful neighbour relations from day one.
